AKTUS BPO International was established as a result of the
spin-off of offshore BPO services of Sison Corillo Parone & Co.
(SCP & Co.), an accounting firm affiliated with IGAF Worldwide.
The spin-off strategy is geared towards giving clients a more
focused quality services and specialized skills not ordinarily
offered by an accounting firm.

technical expertise of our personnel through various actual
finance, accounting, audit, tax and business consultancy
trainings, actual experiences and exposures gained from
Sison
Corillo Parone & Co. (SCP & Co.) , an affiliated accounting
firm. The technical and professional training partnership with SCP & Co. has established the quality of our work.
All contact professionals speak fluent English with minimal
accents. We are familiar with Western business practices and
have an affinity for U.S. culture which in turn allows them to
provide high-quality service to your customers.
Management
NEIL U. SISON, Founder, Chairman & CEO
Neil is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Public
Accountant. He is a graduate of the University of the
Philippines and previously connected with Sycip Gorres Velayo &
Co. (SGV-Ernst and Young International) as Associate Manager in
Assurance and Business Advisory, Business Process Risk
Consultant and Fraud Auditor for over seven (7) years. He has
extensive experience in external auditing, IT systems auditing,
business process risk review, business fraud audit, accounting
systems design and implementation, taxation and bookkeeping and
accounting. He has serviced multinational and local companies in
the manufacturing and trading (retail), real estate and
construction, mining, insurance and pre-need plans, investment
houses and securities brokers, hotel and restaurant, non-profit
organizations and other industries.
ALINA CORILLO, Director and Treasurer
Alina is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of the
University of the Philippines and was a senior associate of
Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) in the Assurance and Business
Advisory Division for five (5) years. She was the Finance and
Admin Manager of a German multinational Company, a former
Accounting Manager of Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC), the
operator of 7-Eleven convenience (retail) stores in the country,
former Head of the Internal Audit Group of PSC for over four (4)
years. She also managed, for more than one (1) year, PSC's Store
Accounting Group, the group responsible for recording the
transactions and preparation of financial statements of all
7-Eleven stores.
Alina has extensive experience in convenience (retail) store
accounting, internal auditing, and assessment of effectiveness
and efficiency of controls, policies and procedures. She has
extensive experience in external auditing and has serviced
multinational and local companies in the manufacturing and
retail/trading, mining, banking, non-profit organizations and
securities brokers and other industries.
Atty. MICHAEL VICTOR TEZON, Director and Corporate Secretary
Tax lawyer and legal practitioner for over six years. He serves
as the legal counsel of Philippine National Construction
Corporation and previously a Legal counsel of Department of
Interior and Local Government. He is currently the President of
E2M Local Innovators Corporation, a consulting company.
